Application PCD 79-001 Modification #1, a Planned Community Development (PCD) Modification to change the provisions of the appurtenant PCD-related Ordinance (or Ordinance No. 1403, adopted 3-19-79) to allow, under the Conditional Use Permit process, on-site beer tasting with a brewery; and 2. Application CUP 13-004, a Conditional Use Permit to allow on-site beer tasting with a future brewery.
