City Council to conduct a continued public hearing and consider actions pertaining to the City Ventures “Covina 3” proposed mixed-use project; and an appeal of the Planning Commission denial of Application SPR 12-050, a Site Plan Review to develop a 3.4-acre site with a 72-unit mixed residential/commercial project consisting of 3-story residential townhomes (52), urban lots (16), and live-work lofts (4); and approximately 9,200 square feet of commercial retail and gallery space, along with associated site improvements; and TTM 72116, a Tentative Tract Map to consolidate twenty-four (24) parcels into three parcels for condominium purposes; and Resolution of Intent (application VAC 12-001) to initiate proceedings to vacate two existing public alleys traversing the Project site; and Proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration.
