City Council to hold a public hearing to consider the following: 1. Ordinance 22-12, Approving Zoning Code Amendment (ZCA) 22-03 by Adding Chapter 17.59 (Mixed-Use Overlay District) and Chapter 17.31 (Affordable Housing Mixed-Use Overlay District) to Title 17 of the Covina Municipal Code, Establishing New Regulations Regarding Permitted and Conditionally Permitted Uses, Objective Development and Design Standards, Application, Review and Approval Requirements, and Appeal Procedures for Future Mixed-Use Developments in the City; and 2. Ordinance 22-13, Approving Zone Change (ZCH) 22-03 and Amending the City’s Official Zoning Map by Adding MUOD to 85 parcels and AHMUOD to 63 Parcels Within the 13 Project Areas Throughout the City and Approving a Mitigated Negative Declaration (SCH 20220600187). Exhibit A Contains the List of Assessor Parcel Numbers for Zone Change 22-03, and 3.
