Covina Town Center Specific Plan Amendment (CTCSPA) No. 3: A request to amend various Chapters of the Covina Town Center Specific Plan (CTCSP) as follows: add land use categories in Chapter 3; reduce rear yard setback, clarify building height for Table 4-1 Building Form, add signs and lighting standards, and minor edits for public realm sign standards and public art guidelines in Chapter 4; modify and add definitions to Chapter 7; and minor edits in Chapters 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 for consistency and housekeeping purpose

Fence and Wall Workshop: The Planning Commission to conduct a workshop and provide the community with an opportunity to comment on current and proposed fencing regulations within the single-family residential zones, and to provide direction as deemed appropriate (Citywide).
