Planning Commission to consider Application PCD 99-001, Modification #1, a Planned Community Development (PCD) Modification to change the provisions of the appurtenant PCD-related Ordinance (or Ordinance No. 99-1851, adopted 9-7-99) to add chiropractic offices to the list of permitted uses, and to consider the on-site parking requirement for chiropractic offices to be the same as that for administrative or professional offices that currently operate on the appurtenant property, for the site or commercial complex at 750 Terrado Plaza, Covina.
